Hello there Al Gore’s Internet!
It’s been awhile since I’ve written anything that the world can see, so bear with me if I’m not as witty or sarcastic as I am in real life. I think I’ll do just fine though!
Since this is my first article, I guess I’ll tell you a little bit about myself. My name is Jerry, I’m 32 years old, have a Marketing Degree from the University of Denver, and am currently living in Arizona. I’ve been collecting comic books since 1988 and playing video games since 1986. Those hobbies are a huge part of my life, and will most likely be the focus of most of my articles.
Right now in the comic book part of my life I’m catching up on about 3 months of comic books. I read about twenty today, and I love every minute of it. Grant Morrison is doing a great job with “Batman Incorporated,” and Geoff Johns is making “Green Lantern” and “The Flash” two of my favorite titles.
In the video game world of my life I’m currently working on my super huge “Pile of Shame.” My “Pile of Shame” is all the games that I’ve played for about two days then have never beaten. I’ve recently knocked “Battlefield: Bad Company” off that list after not playing it for over 2 years. Then purchased the sequel and blazed through that. Both of those games are definitely worth your time, plus the multi-player will keep you occupied for hours! That’s just one on the list of my “Pile of Shame,” there are many more to come!
I don’t want this article to give too much away about me and my gaming. So I’ll cut it off here and maybe amaze you next time with my dating horror stories!
Stay tuned folks!
